Our team is coming off a strong season with many returning players and a deep playoff run, creating an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build on that success. Ranchview High School is a 4A High school in the heart of the DFW metroplex. We are in need of someone to take over the reins of our perennial playoff boys' soccer team. Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for assistant coaches on both sides of the football (QB or best fit; DL or DB) Varsity QB (possible pass game coordinator) - Prefer a coach with some coaching experience and at the very least, played QB at the college level. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. We run a multiple spread offense out of multiple personnel groups with zone and gap scheme runs, RPOs for those runs, screens, quick game, sprint out, and drop back. Graduating QB threw for nearly 3,000 yards just in the regular season.
