Sunnyvale ISD is seeking a Junior High Football Coordinator to join a growing, high-performing athletic program to be the head football and track coach at the middle school. Sunnyvale Football is coming off back-to-back District Championships, Area Championships, and Regional Semifinal (Round 3) appearances, with 20 wins over the past two seasons. We are building an indoor facility along with upgrades across all athletic programs. Our district offers a great schedule, strong community support, and outstanding student-athletes. The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity. The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach. This position requires strong teaching ability, reliability, teamwork, and full alignment with the program’s culture, standards, and mission.
