Andrews ISD/HS is looking for a Head Football Coach to lead the overall Football Program including the development of the MS and HS teams. The HFC will have classroom duties (4-5 HS Classes, 2 Athletic Periods, 1 Conference) and must be Certified to Teach in the State of Texas. The HFC will work closely with the MS Coordinator and Athletic Director to implement a strong Football program while encouraging multi sport participation. Andrews Mustang Football competes in Class 4A Division 1 in District 3.  Please complete an online application via the AISD website to be considered. 

Primary Purpose: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in assigned sport(s). The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity. The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach.
