Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coach and develop quarterbacks in mechanics, footwork, throwing technique, decision-making, and leadership. Assist in planning and implementing offensive game strategies and practice plans. Analyze game film to improve player and team performance. Teach offensive terminology, reads, protections, and situational football concepts. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility.
