Lamesa ISD is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Athletic Trainer to support our athletic programs. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and performance of our student-athletes. Key Responsibilities: Prevent, evaluate, and treat athletic injuries Provide coverage for practices and competitions Develop and oversee rehabilitation programs Collaborate with coaches, parents, and medical professionals Maintain injury records and ensure compliance with UIL and district guidelines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred) BOC Certification and Texas licensure required CPR/AED certification Schedule: Includes evenings, weekends, and travel with athletic teams Join a district that values student success, teamwork, and community pride.

Tidehaven is looking for an Athletic trainer to serve both the high school and middle school athletic departments.  We are a 3A D2 school district.  We have great facilities and students.  Workload will have one class period, which will be for your trainers.  You will not be required to come in on game days until 10 am.  Here is the pay scale for up to ten years of experiences with and without a masters degree.  You also get a $12,000 stipend and $2150 for days.  Tidehaven also pays for the empolyees health insurance. This pay scale has not been adapted to the new raises being implemented by the state.  They will be updated as soon as I get exact details on the numbers.
