Seeking a   high-energy, relationship-driven Offensive Coach   to join our high school football program. This role includes the opportunity to grow into an   Offensive Coordinator   position. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the field, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and team culture. Really flexible coaching assignment that will greatly depend on the candidates strengths. Possible coaching duties are listed below. Santo ISD is a highly sought out school district. Football assistant with likely JH Basketball and Track.  Teaching field could be flexible, most likely certified core subject, with Social Studies/History being the best fit currently.
