This past season was the first softball season in school history. There is  tremendous excitement surrounding the new program. There are talented athletes coming into the program from all age groups. Coordinate the program 7th grade thru 12th grade with total control of the scheme.  Performance Coordinator is much like an associate head with responsibilities being the student athlete performance in the class room as well as tracking the weight room progress, and recruiting.  Head Powerlifting responsibility for the boys side , as well as head track coach for the boys side.  Alba Golden is a 4 day a week school with Fridays off.  We work 1 Friday a month This is a great opportunity to gain build a strong defense with some admin responsibilities. 

Defensive Coordinator Other sports possible: Asst BB, Head Track, Asst Pwr Lifting Certified teacher Field is flexible. Generalist would be ideal.  Coordinate all levels of the defense.
