Ozona is searching for a Defensive Coordinator. We run a 10-1 defense. It is based off of Celina's Special when they shifted out of the Stack. We took that and ran with it. Background in the 10-1 or Stack is preferred, but not required. The defense is fast paced, pin your ears back, and hunt. Coordination of the offensive scheme, play calling, practice and practice scripts, etc.  This role comes with 4 athletic periods and a monitoring position in the classroom. The class is for our dual credit kids, mostly seniors, some juniors. This "class" on average has 5-6 kids in it.  Second (and third if needed) sports are wide open. We have a lot available.
