The McKinney Boyd High School Girls Soccer Program is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and growth-oriented 1st  A s sistant Girls Soccer Coach to support the continued development and success of our program. We are looking for a coach who aspires to become a head coach in the near future and is eager to grow under the leadership of a veteran head coach within a competitive and purpose-driven athletic department. Above all, we are seeking a transformational coach,  one who is intentional about developing student athletes not only in technical skill and tactical understanding, but also in character, discipline.  Must have or be willing to obtain CDL Teaching fields are open at this time. Primary Purpose of Position: The Head Volleyball Coach will lead and manage the volleyball program at the high school level and support vertical alignment within the athletic cluster. Under the direction of the Athletic Coordinator, Campus Principal, and Executive Director of Athletics, the coach is responsible for developing student-athletes, maintaining a comprehensive and competitive volleyball program, and fulfilling all campus and district expectations as a classroom teacher.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high quality instruction in the assigned teaching content area. Implement effective instructional strategies aligned with NEISD curriculum and standards. Coordinate all aspects of the girls’ soccer program in grades 9-12.
