Position Summary The assistant coach helps grow the Boys High school Track & Field program. Responsibilities include helping organizing training sessions, meet day duties, skill development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in planning and leading all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players. Monitor players’ academic progress and eligibility.
