Evant High School is seeking a dedicated and energetic Boys Assistant Coach with the potential for future Head Coaching responsibilities. We are looking for a high-character leader who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field/court and who embraces the values of teamwork, accountability, and competitive excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and game preparation
Support skill development, strength and conditioning, and offseason programming
Help foster a disciplined, positive team culture
Mentor student-athletes in leadership, academics, and character
Collaborate with head coach and athletic staff to execute program goals
Ensure compliance with UIL and district policies
