Head Volleyball Coach / Assistant TBD Primary Purpose Provide leadership, instruction, and organization for the Hemphill High School volleyball program. Develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and excellence. Coordinate all levels of the volleyball program to create a consistent vision and competitive culture from junior high through varsity. Reports To Athletic Director and Campus Principal Qualifications Valid Texas Teaching Certificate Valid CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred Knowledge of UIL rules and regulations Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members

Provide special education students with learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop or modify curricula and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to match student ability levels. Work in self-contained, team, departmental, or itinerant capacity as assigned.   Assist Head Softball Coach with day to day practices.
