Head Boys Basketball Coach Commerce High School – Commerce, Texas
Position Summary Commerce High School is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Boys Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the boys basketball program while promoting academic excellence, character development, and a culture of accountability and pride within the program and school community.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all levels of the boys basketball program (Varsity, Subvarsity and Middle school)
Develop and implement a year-round program focused on skill development, strength and conditioning, and team success
Establish and maintain high standards for sportsmanship, discipline, and academic achievement
Organize and conduct practices, game preparation, and in-game coaching
Coordinate offseason programs, camps, and player development opportunities
