The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who not only teaches the game at a high level, but also builds a connected, disciplined, and resilient team. Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the basketball program (7–12)
Plan and implement daily practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and team concepts
Develop and execute game strategies while fostering a competitive mindset
Establish clear expectations for effort, attitude, discipline, and accountability
