Cypress Creek Athletics is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the development of our student-athletes through the Cypress Creek Human Performance System. This position will oversee year-round athletic performance programming designed to develop strength, speed, power, movement efficiency, and competitive excellence across all sports. POSITION SUMMARY Position: Strength & Conditioning Coach This role requires a coach who can teach fundamentals, develop physicality, build toughness, and lead a position group with clarity and consistency.
