Position Overview: MacArthur High School is seeking a Varsity Position Coach with varsity level experience.  Looking for a defensive coach or best fit.  2nd sport- Open: Possible Head Track Coach. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions  Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics. Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth. Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and school administration.
