Head Girls Coach Stipend:  $8,000 CDL Eligibility Bonus:  $1,000 ($500/semester) Extremely competitive program with consistent district championships and state qualifiers, expect between 40-50 participants grades 9-12 in the 2026-2027 school year.  Phenomenal wrestling practice facility and competition spaces, program boasts a full time girls wrestling head coach and a full time girls wrestling assistant coach position, and program has a 7th & 8th grade MS wrestling vertical alignment which includes a girls wrestling coach position in each of the 3 Coppell middle schools.  Middle school wrestling season run concurrent to the high school season.  

ASSISTANT COACHES – JUNIOR HIGHS A.      Reports to Athletic Director, Junior high Athletic Coordinator and Campus Principal. B.      General Junior high Assistant Coaches are responsible for overseeing and managing all duties specific to this position in addition to duties assigned by the Director of Athletics. C.       Specific Duties and Responsibilities Assistant coaches are responsible for organizing and administering the programs set by each Head Coach of his/her sport. Managing and maintaining the athletic equipment for his/her sport. (Head Coach of sport) Supporting the High School Coaching staff. Junior high coaches in football, basketball and volleyball will work closely with HS coaches through the AZLE ISD Alignment Assistant Coaches will not dismiss a player from the program without first meeting with the Athletic Coordinator.
