We are seeking an experienced Secondary Coach to join our high school football team. Familiarity with the 4-2-5 defensive scheme is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Seconday, focusing on technique and strategy. Collaborate with the defensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.

Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for two football defensive assistants (best fit) with at least 3 years of experience in high school football.
