The Football Defensive Assistant supports the head coach and defensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a 4-2-5 Defense is a plus.  Teaching Field: Social Studies. Science. SpEd. Must be fully certified. 

We are looking for 2 assistant Football coaches - position best fit. Teaching fields are SPED and Math. 2nd sport options include assistant Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, or Tennis.

The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Offensive lineman, focusing on technique and strategy. Work with Assistant Oline Coach Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. B.      General Junior high Assistant Coaches are responsible for overseeing and managing all duties specific to this position in addition to duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
