We are seeking an experienced Offensive Line Coach / Possible CO-OC to join our high school football team. Familiarity with zone and gap offensive line schemes is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Offensive lineman, focusing on technique and strategy. Work with Assistant Oline Coach Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Overall Wrestling Program grades 9-12. Must have a great off-season program including strength and conditioning. Highly effective classroom teacher. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Looking for an energetic, highly motivated, trustworthy, hardworking and loyal individual who can be a positive influence for a diverse student population. Football Position is Best Fit Offense or Defense. Ideally we would like a Defensive Assistant that we could groom into a coordinator one day, but we are looking for a best fit ball coach.  Teaching Field: OPEN.
