The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: OPEN. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Seconday, focusing on technique and strategy. Collaborate with the defensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.
