Seeking program builder who will vertically align program from youth through Varsity level. Must be committed to strong strength and conditioning program in the off season. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.  

Lead our volleyball program from 6th grade pre athletics to varsity. Teaching field is open. Teacher Pay: See BISD pay scale Stipend: $10,000 + 30 days 2nd Sport: Available if wanted, but not mandatory.  Teaching Field Open Schedule: 3 athletic periods(6th grade pre athletic , Freshman, JV/Varsity)
