Position Summary The head coach manages the high school volleyball program. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Head Coach plan and lead all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players. Dublin ISD is looking for looking for a Head Girls basketball coach who is willing to also lead and build our girls athletic program. Coaching duties will also include fall & spring sports. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL Dublin HS  (3A) is a Secondary (7-12) campus located in Erath County in NW Central Texas. We have a hybrid calendar, district pays a contribution toward health care. We pay a coaching stipend + 15 days at daily rate.  We also pay an efficiency payment in November and a CDL stipend in May.
