Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.  

ASSISTANT COACHES – JUNIOR HIGHS A.      Report to Athletic Director, Junior high Athletic Coordinator and Campus Principal. B.      General Junior high Assistant Coaches are responsible for overseeing and managing all duties specific to this position in addition to duties assigned by the Director of Athletics. C.       Specific Duties and Responsibilities Assistant coaches are responsible for organizing and administering the programs set by each Head Coach of his/her sport. Managing and maintaining the athletic equipment for his/her sport. (Head Coach of sport) Supporting the High School Coaching staff.
