Dawson is looking for an inspirational coach to lead and manage all aspects of our successful 6A volleyball program. Seeking program builder who will vertically align program from youth through Varsity level. Must be committed to strong strength and conditioning program in the off season. Dawson HS has great culture, community, and tradition and is conveniently located SE Houston. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
