Assistant Volleyball Coach –
The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in a competitive 5A high school volleyball program, assisting with athlete development, practice and game preparation, and maintaining a positive, disciplined, team-focused culture aligned with FBISD expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily practices, drills, conditioning, and skill development (Freshman/JV/Varsity)
Support game strategy, scouting, and in-game coaching adjustments
Help with program organization, equipment, scheduling, and offseason activities
Supervise athletes during practices, games, and team events
Promote sportsmanship, academics, and accountability
Ensure eligibility compliance and communicate with players, parents, and staff
