The Assistant Athletic Director serves as a key leader within the Athletic Department, providing oversight of athletic operations, logistics, game day execution, administrative systems, and student-athlete experience initiatives. This role ensures the department operates with excellence through strong organization, communication, planning, and execution while helping advance the mission of Covenant Christian Academy Athletics. This individual manages priorities, coordinates departmental workflows, and provides administrative support that allows the Athletic Director to focus on leadership, culture, coach development, and strategic initiatives. Primary Purpose: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in assigned sport(s).
