We are looking to add an Assistant Coach for Volleyball and Soccer at Sunnyvale ISD. Volleyball is coming off back-to-back Regional Semifinal (Round 3) appearances, while Soccer is coming off a State Championship Runner-Up finish. Position Summary The head coach manages the high school volleyball program. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Head Coach plan and lead all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players. Monitor players’ academic progress and eligibility. Ensure adherence to school, district, and athletic association policies. Help manage equipment, uniforms, and facilities. Attend all practices, games, and team events, including travel when necessary. Provide first aid and emergency care when appropriate. Communicate effectively...
