Refugio ISD is searching for a Varsity Football Coach/plus 2nd sport.  Specific football coaching duties are flexible and will be based on best fit.  Teaching certifications needed in order of preference: Science, Math, English, Social Studies.  Teaching salary plus very competitive coaching stipend plus 20 days.

Primary Purpose: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in assigned sport(s). Looking for a Teacher/Coach to help on the Defensive side of the ball as well as another opening for best fit. Numerous different teaching areas to try and make things fit.  Would be very beneficial if you have your CDL.  Send your resume and certification asap and I will forward it to Coach Lancaster , Coach Hurd and Principal Lynch.  Really no room for PE but if certified we may can use you in a credit recovery etc.

Runge is looking for a defensive coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. Football went 8-3 with the schools first District Championship in 30 years. We are only losing one 2-way starter from last year’s team. We have also dropped to Div 2. Teaching field is open as of now. Head coaching opportunities for winter/springs are available as well.
