The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: OPEN. Valley View is located along I35 in North Texas. Easy access to the metroplex but just far enough away to be a small town. We are looking for an assistant boys coach to help with football, basketball and track, possible baseball. Valley View offers a very competitive salary, stipends per sport, stipend for CDL and retention bonus paid at Thanksgiving. We are looking for the best fit for football, currently needing offensive line or secondary as the priority.  Also, have a stipend available for a strength and conditioning coordinator for the right applicant.
