Position Overview
North Lamar is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven educator to join our athletic and academic team as an Assistant Football Coach with a second sport assignment (basketball, track, or soccer). This individual will play a vital role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, while contributing to a positive, competitive, and student-centered culture. We have 4 HS Football coaching positions available and 1 MS Football coaching position available. We have an ISS teaching position available with the possibility of OC / Asst HS / Co-DC for the right candidate.
Coaching Responsibilities
Serve as an Assistant Football Coach (offense or defense based on experience and program needs)
Demonstrate mastery of position-specific fundamentals and player development
Plan, organize, and execute daily practices with attention to detail and efficiency
