Position Summary The assistant coach helps grow the Boys High school Track & Field program. Responsibilities include helping organizing training sessions, meet day duties, skill development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. The Middle School Teacher/Coach is responsible for creating a high-achieving academic classroom environment while simultaneously developing student-athletes in assigned sports. This role requires instructing students in physical education during the school day and coaching athletic teams before, during, or after school.
