The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach position, focusing on technique and strategy. Collaborate with the defensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Del Valle ISD is currently seeking coaches.   Coaches must be currently certified in OPEN.   Coach Position will have an athletic period in addition to the classes taught.    Complete coaching and teaching duties to provide the best experience possible for student-athletes.   Must be committed to working extended hours and provide assistance to the student-athletes with regard to behavior, academics, and social improvement.
