Coupland ISD will open our new high school in the 2026-27 school year.  We are looking to expand our coaching staff to build our high school athletic program. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Assist Coaching Offensive Line, focusing on technique and strategy. Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.
