Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Tennis Teaching Professional to join our team and work closely with our Director of Rackets. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about the tennis industry and has a passion for teaching. Strong playing ability is a plus but not required. Minimum NTRP rating is 4.0. This position is for someone to gain experience and ability to teach players of all ages and skill levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our thriving tennis and pickleball programs.
Duties
Offer private lessons, group clinics, and junior development programs with a focus on player progression and enjoyment.
Lead dynamic youth clinics for Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow ball levels, ensuring a fun and developmental experience.
Assist in organizing and overseeing mixers, round-robins, and tournaments to enhance member engagement.
