Purpose: To actively support and uphold the Club’s stated mission and values while developing, promoting, and coordinating a comprehensive tennis and pickleball program for the Club's racquets facilities.
Supervision Received and Exercised: Racquets professional receives general supervision from the Director of Racquets.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supervise all tennis/pickleball play, as directed by Director of Racquets.
Enforce facility rules and regulations of the facility, and its equipment.
Plan, organize and promote a year round variety of tennis & pickleball programs, lessons, leagues, and tournaments for members.
Supervise the reservation and maintenance of racquets equipment.
Establish a working relationship with members through all levels of communication
Continue to build an active and self-sustaining racquets program.
String tennis racquets.
Attend weekly Racquets Department Staff Meetings.
