Bandera ISD is looking for a Football Defensive Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator who is experienced in an odd front defensive structure. BISD is on a 4 day instructional week. We are also a school district that participates in Teacher Incentive Allotment. We have 7 starters returning on defense coming off of a undefeated regular season in 2025.
