We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Offensive Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of our offensive system. This position is designed for a coach who brings strong football IQ, organization, and the ability to contribute to a cohesive and effective offensive approach. The teaching field is open. Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of weekly offensive game plans
Contribute to practice planning and offensive installation
Work with position groups to ensure consistent teaching of offensive schemes and fundamentals
Assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, and game preparation
Collaborate with the Head Coach and staff to maintain offensive identity and philosophy
Game-Day Responsibilities:
