Allen HS is seeking high-energy assistants to support our football and softball programs while serving as full-time classroom teachers.
Responsibilities (Both Roles)
Teach and model Allen ISD athletic standards and core values
Plan and run position-specific drills and skill development
Assist with practice planning, game prep, and in-game adjustments
Support strength & conditioning and offseason development
Monitor academics, eligibility, and behavior; communicate with parents/teachers
Help manage equipment, facilities, and travel; ensure safety and UIL compliance
Football Focus
Coach will be assigned a position group
Contribute to film breakdown, scouting reports, and game plans
Softball Focus
Coach assigned defensive position group and support offensive work
Assist with field prep, charting, and game management
