Position: Head Softball District: McCamey ISD – UIL 2A Location: McCamey, Texas (45 minutes south of Odessa, 45 minutes east of Fort Stockton) Position Type: Full-Time  Teaching Field- Open (No PE) Primary Purpose Lead and develop competitive student-athletes in our program, which emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, academic success, and multi-sport participation. Work within our system to prepare athletes for how to compete and win. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and vision for all programs (JH through Varsity). Coach every rep every day.  Help maintain a vertically aligned program, including youth/JH development and offseason training. Build relationships with athletes and provide mentorship to them. Support and encourage multi-sport participation; collaborate with other coaches on scheduling and strength & conditioning.
