The Aldine Nimitz High School Softball Program is seeking a high-quality program builder to lead our varsity program. The ideal candidate is a high-energy coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the field, is patient and detail-oriented in teaching fundamentals, and is willing to put in the work required to build a championship-caliber culture.
