Position Overview The Hightower High School Boys Soccer Program is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and growth-oriented Assistant Boys Soccer Coach to support the continued development and success of our program. This position may serve as a Varsity Assistant and/or Sub-Varsity (JV) Head Coach, depending on experience and staffing needs. We are looking for a coach who aspires to become a head coach in the near future and is eager to grow under the leadership of a veteran head coach within a competitive and purpose-driven athletic department. At this time, the teaching fields available is Social Studies / History, Math, and possible Science (Biology) but we anticipate other SPED teaching subjects to become available. We will not have any Health / PE positions available. Candidate must be able to build meaningful relationships with the people around them, operate in a cohesive coaches office, and love coaching the fundamentals of the game / position.  Spring sport will be discussed in the interview process. The options right now are Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Track. Candidate must have their CDL or be willing to obtain before the start of the 2026 – 2027 school year. Offensive position will be based on comfort, experience, and fit of the applicant offensively. Offensive Line, Running Backs, or WR are among the options.
