Florence High School is seeking a high-energy, dedicated, and knowledgeable Female Soccer Coach to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be great at making relationships and have s strong knowledge of the sport.
Key Responsibilities
Scheme & Strategy: Design and implement a highly competitive scheme.
Player Development: Teach fundamental soccer skills, position-specific techniques, and soccer intelligence to student-athletes.
Academic & Character Mentorship: Monitor the academic progress of players and actively promote discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Off-Season Program: Assist in the operation of the off-season strength and conditioning program and summer strength and conditioning.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Certification: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain one). Teaching field is open.
