Rockwall High School is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Girls' Varsity assistant/JV head coach. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while supporting the mission of Rockwall ISD to ensure successful student outcomes for every student.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be involved in the planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the girls' soccer program including junior varsity, and feeder middle school programs.
Promote academic accountability, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship among student-athletes.
Coordinate practice schedules, game preparation, scouting, and program development for the JV team.
Maintain compliance with UIL, district, and campus policies.
Build strong relationships with players, parents, staff, and the community.
