Position Summary The Assistant Soccer Coach supports the head coach in managing the high school soccer program. Responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. Position Overview:  MacArthur  High School is seeking a dedicated and committed  Head Girls Soccer Coach  to join our Team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions for our Boys Basketball Program. Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics. Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth. Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
