Essential Duties and Responsibilities Player Development Assist in planning and implementing game strategies and practice plans. Analyze game film to improve player and team performance. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development. Supervise athletes during practices, games, workouts, travel, and team events. Collaborate with the Head Coach and scouting reports and opponent preparation. Ensure compliance with district, state athletic association, and school policies. Maintain a safe and positive environment for all student-athletes. Ranchview High School (DFW 4A) is seeking a Head Coach for our girls' soccer program. We have won district the last 4 years in a row, and have been to at least the second round each year. No second sport, SPED only. CFBISD pay scale + $9500 stipend.
