Essential Duties and Responsibilities Player Development Assist in planning and implementing game strategies and practice plans. Analyze game film to improve player and team performance. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development. Supervise athletes during practices, games, workouts, travel, and team events. Collaborate with the Head Coach and scouting reports and opponent preparation.
