Refugio ISD is searching for a Varsity Football Coach/plus 2nd sport.  Specific football coaching duties are flexible and will be based on best fit.  Teaching certifications needed in order of preference: Science, Math, English, Social Studies.  Teaching salary plus very competitive coaching stipend plus 20 days.

The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. We run a multiple spread offense out of multiple personnel groups with zone and gap scheme runs, RPOs for those runs, screens, quick game, sprint out, and drop back. Graduating QB threw for nearly 3,000 yards just in the regular season.
