The Football Best Fit Assistant supports the head coach and offensive/defensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense/4-2-5 is a plus.

Lockney ISD is seeking   Assistant Football Coach, Head Powerlifting,   to join our athletic staff. Possible Third sport   Basketball or Track , depending on the candidate’s experience and best fit for our programs.
