Looking for assistant coaches on both sides of the football (QB or best fit; DL or DB) Varsity QB (possible pass game coordinator) - Prefer a coach with some coaching experience and at the very least, played QB at the college level. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. We run a multiple spread offense out of multiple personnel groups with zone and gap scheme runs, RPOs for those runs, screens, quick game, sprint out, and drop back. Graduating QB threw for nearly 3,000 yards just in the regular season. Looking for someone who wants to build the next one!  Defensive Assistant (DL or DB) - Prefer a DB coach with coaching experience or collegiate...
